NOTICE OF DATA EVENT

On May 31, 2023, and again in June 2023, Progress Software Corp. publicly disclosed security issues that impacted the MOVEit Transfer tool.  As a user of that tool, Baesman Group moved quickly to take steps recommended by Progress to remedy the issues.  We promptly launched an investigation to determine the potential impact of any issues present on the MOVEit Transfer server, and the underlying security of the data on it.  Baesman Group’s investigation determined that an unknown actor improperly accessed the MOVEit Transfer server on May 29, 2023, and took certain data from the MOVEit Transfer server during that time. Although Baesman Group has no evidence of any identity theft or fraud in connection with this incident, Baesman Group is notifying those individuals whose information was present in the system at the time of the incident.
